I bought this for my 2015 ram 1500 spot with a quad cab. The fit is great and the wife doesn't complain anymore about having to jump in and out of the truck.What I liked: instructions are clear and simple. They even amended the instructions and kit for newer models where there is an OEM bracket that interferes with installation (I didn't need it).What could be better: Packaging. There were a few spots of chipped paint. Nothing functional that I couldn't spot-treat with black rustoleum paint, but still annoying for having something new. One of the ends of the driver side bar and three of the six brackets had chipped paint, presumably from shipping damage due to the lacking protection. To the packaging staff: protect the ends of the bars and the brackets in the box by adding sturdier materials.It took me about 2 hours to install, with very little help, on a cold and windy day. The end result seems well worth the effort.

Product is well built. Directions are easy to read and follow. I’m concerned that for my 2022 Ram Bighorn Crew Cab, the Raptor only has two brackets per side. I installed and seems study. Will keep my eye to see if it sags, bends or warps in middle due to lack of support.

Had a issue with the first order returned it without problems. And was sent a replacement in no time.

The steps were easy to install. Maybe 25 mins each side. You could probably do it faster as I'm disabled. After a month of use, they are still tight and solid. They were very well priced and are extremely durable.. I would recommend these for anyone.
