Shipping policy

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders placed on our site for delivery within the lower 48 states! No minimum order amount is required. For shipping outside of the lower 48 states, we can arrange delivery to a forwarding company of your choice. Please note, at this time we do not offer direct shipping outside the lower 48 states.

Order Confirmation & Handling Time

Once your checkout is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us. All items purchased from the CYC Engineering website typically ship within 1 business day of the order being placed.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock date. You can then choose to keep your order in place or cancel it. Please note that overselling and inventory discrepancies may occasionally occur. If an item shows in stock but is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible so you can decide how to proceed.

Order Shipment

Once your order is prepared and the shipping label is created, you will receive a tracking email. Please note that movement on the tracking may not occur for 12 to 24 hours after you receive the email, so don’t be concerned if the tracking information is not immediately available on the shipping company's website.

Damages

We encourage you to inspect all shipments upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, please take clear pictures of both the damage and the box (even if the box itself is undamaged). These images will be required for the claim process. Once you have the pictures, contact our customer service team and we will work quickly to resolve the issue for you.
