Thank you for your feedback. We understand that price increases are frustrating. Your previous replacement pad was purchased in 2018, and over the past eight years, material, manufacturing, and shipping costs have risen considerably due to factors beyond our control.

On a positive note, if your last replacement pad held up from 2018 until now, we’d say it put in a pretty respectable shift! That is nearly a decade of use.

That said, the standoffs should not appear as though they are about to push through the top. Please contact our customer service team so we can confirm that you received the correct replacement pad and that it was installed properly. We appreciate your business and want to make sure the replacement performs as it should.
