Love these bars. Mounted directly up to my 2004 Ford Excursion. No modding. Perfect fit. I installed by myself but a second set of hands would have helped.I did keep the shipping protection on the bars until I was done installing and then I noticed a couple little scratches in the paint. Can’t really see them from a distance, so I’m not gonna push the issue...

Got these bars installed yesterday. They arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The instructions were comprehensive and easy to follow. It took about 4 hours from start to finish, but only because I had some stubborn bolts/ stripped heads to remove on the old side bars. They're light, but strong with wide sturdy steps and a nice beefy appearance I was looking for. I think they will hold up well. Time will tell.
