The drop steps themselves are perfect!! Customersupport/service was great, but the instructions are bare minimum (ie, what are the spacers for). Did not arrive with all needed hardware but needed parts sent without question. However, even those parts arrived short of needed items (not enough nuts and few washers short, but I had what I needed from leftover parts from two other RT drop steps.
Overall, still VERY pleased with product and company.
